  • Is your organisation a charitable one?  (See FAQs)
  • Is your organisation in the medical field?  (See FAQs)

If the answer to all these questions is yes:

... giving an outline of the following:

  • Name of your organisation
  • Contact name, address and contact details
  • Charitable status (and Registered Charity Number if applicable)
  • A sentence or two on what you want the funding for, roughly how much the project will cost and how much you want from us.
  • How did you hear about us?

If we then judge it’s worthwhile you applying, the secretary of the trust will contact you asking for:

  • Legal Name of your Organisation (to whom grant payment will be made)
  • Organisations address and website
  • Registered Charity Number
  • Main Contact (with whom we should correspond)
  • Job title/role in the organisation; address and contact details
  • Your latest set of accounts
  • A covering letter which should be not more than two sides of A4 covering the following points:
    • A summary of the project.
    • Financial breakdown showing how funds will be used
    • What is the catchment area covered by your work?
    • Have you applied for any other grants from other sources for this project?
    • How will the project be sustained in the future?
